welcome to my slice of the cyber pie!
I'm still (and forever will be lol) adding things all the time as this is a work in progress, but feel free to keep checking back!
This site is designed to help all those new to cresties by way of my own experiences. Researching can be very confusing when every site either conflicts each other OR...well....filled with boring drivel that still leaves you confused as to what CGD stands for! (Complete gecko diet by the way) :P Google expert with a masters in copy and paste i am not! Where something can be found written far better then i could of done myself, I will be linking :) At the end of the day...If its not broke, don't fix it! There are many great and useful resources out there, they can just be hard to find when your not sure what you should be asking. I aim to make this site as easy to understand and learn from as possible! If at times it comes across as abit of an *idiots guide...sorry! It is also by no means a definitive site... not everything will be agreed on, but maybe....just maybe, you'll find something of use. |
My name is Kate though other's will know me as Kimora Ashara on FB or Button Geckos on instagram.
I first started keeping reptiles in 2002, primarily the fantastic Corn snakes and ever chompy Kings...but i dabbled with a few other things over the years. One thing's for sure, Reptiles are the animals for me! I still keep a small variety of other species however this site is mainly for my crestie crew. Why a site for them and not the others? because I'm pretty new (Compared to many others) with these guys and i want to share everything I've learned....warts and all!

One mistake does not make you a bad keeper, nor is it the end of the world....we've all been there and done that...and that's what i want to show you.I have comprised a basic guide for those who have come looking for a caresheet...but like the whole site, this a guide and only meant to help you get on your way if you have an interest in keeping Crested Geckos.
